Taking the library of Changsha Social Work College as an example,this paper discusses the measures for attracting the readers by the library of higher vocational college from five aspects of strengthening the propaganda,developing the characteristic activities,optimizing the collection structure,enriching the service contents,and treating the readers sincerely.
