知识管理系统基于信息技术进行知识的收集、处理和分享,促进知识的学习、再利用和创新,强化组织的核心竞争力。Web2.0的发展对知识管理系统的革新产生了强大推动力。探讨了Web2.0时代的知识管理的重大变革,建立了基于Web2.0的新型知识管理系统模型,为组织更有效地结合Web2.0技术进行知识管理系统的规划提供了有意义的参考。
Supported by information technology,KMS is used in collecting,processing and sharing the knowledge,promoting the learning,re-use and innovation of the knowledge and strengthening the core competence of the organization.The development of Web2.0 provides a strong driving force to the reformation of traditional KMS.This paper probes into some important revolutions of knowledge management in Web2.0 Era,and establishes the new model of KMS bases on Web2.0 that provides meaningful reference to the effective planning of KMS connecting with Web2.0 technology.
