《山西省暴雨洪水计算软件》的开发与研究

摘要 工程水文专业中的设计雨量、设计洪峰流量、设计洪水总量等洪水要素是电力工程水文条件分析计算最重要的几个计算参数,其计算方法通常是采用山西省各地区水文计算手册中的有关公式进行计算,不仅计算过程较为复杂,而且计算过程中容易产生错误、工作效率不高。针对此情况,编制和开发了《山西暴雨洪水计算软件》,通过多次验证,《山西暴雨洪水计算软件》所有的计算误差均在本专业技术规程、规范允许的范围之内,计算成果的精度和准确度完全可以满足水文专业的技术要求。 The elements of flood data in hydrological engineering specialty such as the designed net rainfall,designed peak flow,and designed flood volume,etc.are the most important calculation parameters in the analysis and calculation of hydrologic conditions of power engineering.Their calculations,which are commonly made with relevant equations in the hydraulic calculation manuals of all regions of Shanxi Province,are not only complicated but also easy to make mistakes.So,the working efficiency is not high.In the light of such situation,Shanxi's Storm Flood Calculation Software has been compiled and developed.And numerous experiments show that all calculation errors of Shanxi's Storm Flood Calculation Software are kept in the allowable ranges of technical regulations and technical specifications of hydraulic specialty,and the precision and accuracy of calculation results can completely meet the specifications of hydraulic specialty.
