介绍了职业倦怠的定义,分析了高校图书馆员工职业倦怠的表现特点及负面影响,从工作本身、社会支持、压力和激励等方面探讨了高校图书馆员工职业倦怠的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。
This paper introduces the definition of the job burnout,analyzes the expression characteristics and negative influences of the job burnout of university librarians,probes into the reasons of the job burnout of university librarians from the work itself,social support,pressure,and motivation,etc.,and puts forward some corresponding measures.
