摘要
从人性化的服务方式、人性化的服务内容、人性化的阅览环境、人性化的服务设施等方面探讨了近年来长春图书馆实行人性化服务的实践做法,同时指出了人性化服务需要改进的方面。
This paper probes into some practical measures for implementing humanistic service in Changchun Library in the last few years from the aspects of humanistic service methods,humanistic service contents,humanistic reading environment,and humanistic service facilities,etc.,and points out some aspects needing improvement in humanistic service.
