With the coming of information age,the networked service and resources sharing are becoming the preconditions under that the scientific research and economic activity are developing smoothly.This paper discusses how to construction qualified county-level digital library in today when the information technology develops rapidly,and probes into how to use,collect and integrate the network resources rationally.
