The Research on How the Geographical Indications to Promote the Quality Control System of Qingdao's Famous Agricultural Products

农产品质量是近年来的突出问题。从地理标志入手,分析了地理标志农产品的管理学因素,阐释了地理标志的知识产权含义,在介绍青岛市知名农产品地理标志保护现状的基础上,从加强青岛市知名农产品地理标志认证力度、强化市场监管等角度,提出了改善青岛知名农产品质量管理机制的可行性建议。

Nowadays the quality of agricultural products is always a prominent problem.Starting from the geographical indication,this paper analyzes the management science＇s factors of geographical indication-based agricultural products,and explains the connotations of geographical indication in aspect of intellectual property,and based on introducing the present situation of the protection of the geographical indications of Qingdao＇s famous agricultural products,puts forward some feasible suggestions on improving the quality control system of Qingdao＇s famous agricultural products from the angles of strengthening the authentication of the geographical indications of Qingdao＇s famous agricultural products,and paying great attention to the market supervision,etc.
