带式输送机是煤矿井下生产的一种重要运输设备,而制动装置是下运带式输送机的关键设备之一。介绍了ZYR型液压调速软制动系统的组成、工作原理和性能特点,以及在王庄煤矿的应用效果。
Belt conveyor is an important transporting equipment in underground production of coal mine,and braking device is one of the key equipment of descending belt conveyor.This paper introduces the components,working principles and performance characteristics of ZYR hydraulic speed regulation soft brake system and the application effect in Wangzhuang Coal Mine.
