《城市恐怖袭击医学救援指南》出版项目案例分析

Publication project of Guidelines of medical support for urban antiterrorism:A case analysis

为确保世博会的成功举办,提高城市在遭遇恐怖袭击后的紧急医学救助水平,中国2010年上海世博会前夕上海市卫生局成功举办了"城市反恐医学救援高峰论坛"。第二军医大学出版社临时组建项目团队,全权负责会议指定用书《城市恐怖袭击医学救援指南》的组织编写和编辑出版工作。尽管该书专业性强,出版时间紧迫,但通过以时间导向型为主的三重约束项目管理方法,按时保质完成了项目任务。因此,详细分析该项目的实施过程,重点介绍项目的时间控制手段,为图书出版领域提供了一个成功项目管理案例。

＂A summit forum on medical support for urban antiterrorism＂ was successfully held by Shanghai Health Bureau on the eve of The World Expo 2010 Shanghai China in order to ensure its success and increase the emergency medical rescue level when a city is surprisingly attacked by terrors. The Second Military Medical University Press established a project team to take the full power of the writing, editing and publishing of Guidelines of medical support for urban antiterrorism , a designated book during the forum. Although the book was highly special and its publication was pressing, the publication project was completed in time with its quality guaranteed by making use of the three constrains with time guidance as its main constrain. A detail analysis of the implementation of this project with stress laid on the time control means can provide a successful case of project management in book publishing field.
