高校实现网络信息资源效用最大化的探讨

Maximizing the use of network information resources in college and university libraries

概述了高校网络信息资源的内容、组织形式及评价标准,网络信息资源效用低下的原因在于传统观念的阻碍,技术层面的水平不高及管理层面的内容缺少,主要表现为对网络信息资源的重视程度不高,信息整合技术水平低下,没有对应评价体系而导致竞争因素的缺失,无法建立有效的反馈渠道。提出高校图书馆要注意转变传统观念,运用先进的信息整合技术建立信息门户,完善信息管理中的评价体系与反馈机制,建立统一的外部标准以及加强自身特色化的建设。

Outlined in this paper are the contents, organization forms and assessment criteria of network information resources in college and university libraries. The reasons why network information resources are not fully used include obstruction of traditional ideas, low technological level and ineffective management measures, which are mainly manifested as great importance not attached to such technical level, and no corresponding assessment system, thus 1 information resources, low information integration eading to lack of competition factors and effective feedback. The authors suggested that college and university libraries should change their traditional ideas, establish their information gate by using advanced information integration technologies, work out uniform criteria, and strengthen their own characteristic construction.
