摘要
以科技查新规范和专利法为依据,结合自己多年来的实际工作经验,分析、归纳和总结了医学科技查新与专利查新的几点区别,以引起查新人员注意。
The differences in novelty assessment of literature for application of medical achievements and patents were summarized and analyzed based on the criteria for novelty assessment and patent law, as well as our practical experience in the hope to catch the attention of persons engaged in this work.
