简要分析了当前医学文献检索课实习教学中存在的不足,例如,教学内容陈旧、枯燥,教学方式简单,学生基础参差不齐,文检课教师专业素质不高等,并针对这些问题提出了提高和改进文献检索课效果的手段。

The problems in teaching of literature retrieval practice courses were briefly analyzed, such as obsolete and uninteresting contents, simple teaching methods, different basic knowledge of students, and low professional level of teachers. Some measures were put forward for improving the outcome of literature retrieval practice courses.
