摘要 目的为了研究脉冲噪声对机体的生物效应,我们研制了高强度可调脉冲噪声发生器,它由脉冲控制器、固态继电器、电磁阀和气流扬声器等几部分组成。方法利用该装置进行了脉冲噪声不同宽度对豚鼠听觉系统损伤程度影响的研究。结果高强度可调脉冲噪声发生器具有体积小、使用方便、几个参数可调等优点。结论试验显示,动物的听力损失随着脉冲宽度的增加而加重,组间差异显著。耳蜗毛细胞的缺失范围和缺失率也随脉冲宽度的增加而增大。建议在制订脉冲噪声卫生标准时应考虑长脉宽(如100ms以上)的不同宽度的作用。 Objective We developed a high level generator of impulse noise in order to study its effects on animal or human body. WTHZMethods The instrument was used to test the effects of different impulse duration on degree of auditory injury. Results The hearing loss became more serious with the increase of impulse duration, and the injury in hair cells of cochlea also related to the increase of impulse duration. Conclusion The injury induced by longer duration appeared to be more serious than that induced by shorter one. It suggested that impulse duration more than 100ms should be considered in making the health standard concerning impulse noise.
