运用流程再造理论改进再生医疗器械清洗的效果分析

Application of the process reengineering theory to improve the cleaning effect of reused medical instruments

目的探讨流程再造理论在医院消毒供应中心再生医疗器械的分类与清洗中的应用效果。方法对再生医疗器械的清洗进行流程再造,制订了再生医疗器械的分类标准、各类器械清洗流程和清洗质量标准,并就新流程进行全员培训。结果流程再造后器械清洗质量、工作人员所掌握器械清洗知识和操作技能提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论明确分类标准,优化清洗流程,制订器械清洗质量标准,加强人员培训,是提高再生医疗器械清洗质量的有效方法。

Objective To discuss how to apply the process reengineering theory in the course ot classifying and cieaning reused medical instruments. Method The process of cleaning reused medical instruments was reengineered,including developing the classification criteria for reused instruments,optimizing the cleaning process of various reused instruments, and identifying the standards of cleaning quality. And the whole staff received the training of the new process. Results The cleaning quality of medical instruments increased obviously. The knowledge and skills of the staff were improved significantly. Conclusion It is an effective way to improve the cleaning quality by identifying the classification criteria, optimizing the cleaning process, developing the cleaning quality standards,and strengthening the training of staff.
