摘要 目的激发现任护士长的工作积极性,提高综合医院护士长的管理水平。方法对陕西省8所综合医院现任护士长进行定期量化考核和竞聘竞争上岗,并对考核结果进行统计学分析。结果竞聘后护理质量中的主要护理指标达标率、护理教学水平及护生的临床操作实习指标和护士的护理科研能力均提高(P<0.05)。结论在综合医院对护士长实施定期量化考核,可以激发现任护士长的工作积极性,提高护士长的管理水平和综合素质,从而提高护理质量。 Objective To explore the effect of the system of quantification assessment and competitive selection for head nurses implemented in general hospitals. Methods In 8 general hospitals in Shaanxi province, the system of quantitative assessment and competitive selection for head nurses was implemented. The assessment resultes were collected and analyzed. Results After implementing the new system, the pass rates of main indicators about quality of nursing were improved significantly, in which the level of nursing teaching and the satisfaction degree of nursing students were improved, and the nursing research capacity of nurses was increased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of quantitative assessment and competitive selection for head nurses in general hospitals can stimulate the work enthusiasm of current head nurses and improve the management level and comprehensive quality of head nurses, so as to improve the quality of nursing.
