护理部实施中医护理技术专项推广计划的方法与效果

Implementation of the spreading plan of Chinese traditional medical nursing special technologies by the nursing department

目的保持和发扬中医医院中医护理特色,探索科学的管理方法。方法对临床科室实施中医护理技术专项推广计划,开展中医护理知识与技能培训,设定推广项目,建立量化考核方案和激励机制。效果与2008年比较,2009年中医护理技术项目由原来的9项增至13项,临床使用适应证明显拓宽,年度工作量增长230.85%,年度经济效益增长153.50%,病人满意度为99.14%,撰写中医护理论文由8篇增至31篇,申报中医护理新技术由0项增至4项、中医护理科研课题由1项增至5项。结论护理部在推广中医传统护理技术中有明显的优势,量化考核方案和激励机制对护士起着正面激励作用。

Objective To maintain and promote the characteristic of Chinese traditional medical nursing, and explore the methods of scientific management in Chinese traditional medicine hospital. Methods The spreading plan of Chinese traditional medical nursing special technologies was implemented in clinical departments. The implementation of Chinese traditional medical nursing skills were compared before and after implementing the spreading plan. Results Compared with 2008, the number of Chinese traditional medical nursing projects increased from 9 to 13 ,and the indications were significantly broadened, and the annual workload increased 230.85% , and the annual economic benefits increased 153.50% in 2009. The satisfaction of patients was 99.14%. The papers of Chinese traditional medical nursing increased from 8 to 31. The number of new technologies of Chinese traditional medical nursing increased from 0 to 4, and the projects in nursing research increased from 1 to 5. Conclusion Nursing department has its apparent superiority in spreading Chinese traditional medical nursing. And the quantitative assessment programs and incentive systems play a positive stimulation for nurses.
