摘要
研究以工业级磷酸、尿素为原料合成磷酸脲。通过正交实验确定了合成磷酸脲的最佳工艺条件:反应温度50℃,反应时间40min,磷酸与尿素的摩尔比为1∶1.05,磷酸的浓度为50%,收率为89.4%,母液的循环利用5次以后收率可达90.4%。
The synthesis process of urea phosphates from industrial phosphoric acid and urea was studied.Optimal conditions were obtained by means of orthogonal experiments: the reaction time was 40 min,reaction temperature was 50℃,the molar ratio of phosphoric acid to urea was 1:1.05,and the content of phosphoric acid was 50% with the yield of 91.2%.When the mother liquor was circulated for 5 times,the yield was up to 90.4%.
