摘要
将粉煤灰、粘土及木炭粉按比例混合,烧制成陶粒,以铬(Ⅲ)质量浓度20mg.L-1的水溶液模拟废水为研究对象,利用粉煤灰制备的陶粒吸附处理铬(Ⅲ),测试单位时间水流量、pH值、温度对除铬效果的影响。结果表明当粉煤灰、粘土及木炭粉的比例为85∶10∶5时陶粒同时具有较好的吸水性和抗压强度,在最佳条件下铬(Ⅲ)去除率可达99%以上。
In the experiment,fly ash,clay and charcoal powder were mixed in certain proportion to fire into ceramic granules.The study concentrated on the simulated wastewater,of which the concentration of chromium(Ⅲ) was 20mg/L.Making use of ceramic granules to absorb chromium(Ⅲ),the study tested the influence of water flow,pH value and temperature on the effects of removing chromium(Ⅲ) per unit time.The results showed that when fly ash,clay and charcoal powder were mixed at the proportion of 85:10:5,ceramics had good water absorption and compressive strength at the same time.In the best conditions,the removal rate of chromium(Ⅲ) could up to more than 99%.
