摘要
采用生物塔对炼油含酚废水进行脱酚处理,对生物脱酚的控制条件如水力停留时间、气水比、生物脱酚温度、pH值和生物塔反冲洗周期进行了探讨。研究结果是对于酚浓度低于200 mg.L-1的炼油含酚废水,当HRT为3.0h、气水比为8.0、温度为25~40℃、pH值为6.8~8.0和生物塔反冲洗周期为2~3d,则酚去除率可达到99%以上,出水酚浓度低于0.5mg·L-1,脱酚效果理想。
When biological-tower was used in treatment of the refinery sewage containing phenol,the control factors such as HRT,air/water ratio,temperature,pH and backwash frequency were discussed.The satisfactory results were obtained: when the phenol content of influent was below 200mg/L,HRT was 3.0h,air/water ratio was 8.0,temperature was 25~40℃,pH was 6.8~8.0 and backwash frequency was 2~3d,the removal efficiency of phenol was greater than 99% and the phenol content of effluent was below 0.5mg/L.
