基于三阶段DEA模型的我国主要内河港口效率研究 被引量:35

摘要 本文运用三阶段DEA方法,对2008年我国长江、松花江、京杭运河以及珠江共四大水系主干线的30个主要内河港口的效率进行了实证研究。结果表明:我国主要内河港口总体效率偏低,规模无效率是主要原因;不同水系、同一水系上、下游之间的内河港口效率存在一定差异;内河港口存在严重的投入拥挤和产出不足现象,港口资源浪费现象十分严重。最后,本文就如何提升我国内河港口的效率提出了对策建议。 This paper analyses the operating efficiency of 30 major inland ports in the main stems of the Yangtze River,Songhuajiang River,Jinghang Canal and Pearl River using the 3-stage DEA model.The result shows that the efficiency of in-land ports in China keeps at a low level,which is mainly caused by scale-inefficiency;distinct diversity exists in the ports a-mong different rivers and in the ports between upstream and downstream in the same river;the waste of resources is severe due to the excessive input but low output.Finally,this paper put forwards some measures to improve the efficiency of Chinese in-land ports.
