摘要
目的观察采用动力加压髋螺钉(DHS)内固定治疗老年转子间骨折临床疗效。方法选取22例老年股骨转子间骨折患者采用切开复位DHS手术治疗,对结果进行回顾分析。结果术后平均随访8月(4～12月),21例骨折复位、固定、愈合均满意,髋关节活动良好,1例患者因骨折粉碎严重出现髋关节活动受限。结论采用动力加压髋螺钉(DHS)内固定治疗老年转子间骨折固定可靠,结合术后功能锻炼,疗效良好。
Objective To observe of the clinical efficacy using dynamic hip screw （DHS） fixation for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the elderly.Methods Select the 22 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures treated with open reduction and DHS operations,and the results were analyzed retrospectively.Results The mean follow-up 8 month （4～12months）,21 cases of fracture reduction,fixation,were satisfied with the healing,hip joints good,1 patient due to hip fracture serious crush the activities limited.Conclusion Use of dynamic hip screw （DHS） fixation for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture fixation reliable,combined with postoperative functional exercise,efficacy is very good.
