孔源性视网膜脱离患者的对侧眼检查及治疗分析

Analysis of Examination and Treatment Results to Opposite Eye of Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment

目的探讨孔源性视网膜脱离患者对侧眼的发病风险及预防性治疗的意义。方法对109例孔源性视网膜脱离患者对侧眼的眼底检查情况及预防性治疗的结果进行回顾性分析。结果 109例患者中对侧眼存在视网膜脱离者8例(8/109);出现干性裂孔者17例(17/109);各种变性47例(47/109);其中格子样变性26例(26/47)。在查出有视网膜变性的47眼中,伴高度近视者27眼(27/47)。结论视网膜脱离患者对侧眼发生视网膜变性及脱离的风险较高,伴高度近视者尤为突出。常规行对侧眼检察,并进行预防性治疗,可有效预防视网膜脱离的发生,保护视功能。

Objective To discuss the disease risk and the significance of preventive treatment to the opposite eye of RRD patients.Methods To conduct a retrospective analysis to the eyeground inspection and preventive treatment of 109 opposite eyes of RRD patients.Results Among the 109 patients 8 opposite eyes were rhegmatogenous retinal detachment which has a ratio of 7.3%;Dry hiatus was found in 17 eyes（15.6%）;Various retinal degeneration was found in 47 eyes （ 43.1%）.Among the 47 retinal degeneration,26 （55.3%） were lattice degeneration and 27 eyes （57.4%） with high myopia.Conclusion There is a high risk of retinal degeneration or detachment for the opposite eye of RRD patients,and most of the degeneration accompany with high myopia.To prevent the retinal degeneration from happening and protect the visual function of the opposite eye of RRD patients,a regualar examination and prevention treatments to the opposite eye of RRD are suggested.
