多层涂装对防锈漆防锈性能的影响

EFFECTS OF MULTICOATING PROCESS ON THERUST-PROOF PROPERTIES OF ANTIRUST PAINT

通过测定漆膜针孔、阻抗、水汽渗透，以及通过耐盐水和盐雾加速试验等方法，研究了多层涂装对提高防锈漆防锈性能的影响。试验结果表明，多层涂装有助于防锈漆防锈性能的提高，并且发现这一性能的提高与涂层数的增加不是呈简单的算术级数关系。

The effects of multicoating process on the improvement of rust-proof properties of antirust paints have been studied through the determination of film pinholes,impedance and moisture penetration,and salt water resistant and salt fog tests.It has shown that the multicoating process helps to improve the rust-proof property of antirust paint,and the property improvement does not simply depend on the increment of coats in arithmetic progression.\;
