血液透析患者社会支持与应对方式及其相关性分析

Correlation of social support and coping style of patients with hemodialysis

目的了解血液透析患者社会支持与应对方式情况,并探讨其两者的相关性。方法采用社会支持量表（social supportrating scale,SSRS）、医学应对问卷（medical coping modes questionnaire,MCMQ）对80例血液透析患者进行调查。了解患者社会支持与应对方式情况及其相关性。结果患者客观支持较低,但主观支持及支持利用度较高;患者屈服分值明显高于常模（P〈0.05）;患者社会支持与积极应对方式呈正相关,与消极应对方式呈负相关（均P〈0.01）。结论血液透析患者客观支持较低,他们较常采用屈服应对方式,其中社会支持越高者其越趋向寻找积极的应对方式。

Objective To investigate the scores of social support and coping style of patients with hemodialysis（HD） and explore the correlation between social support and coping style of the patients. Methods 80 HD patients were investigated on their social support and coping styles by social support rating scale and medical scoping questionnaire. The correlation between social support and coping style was analyzed. Results The score on objective support was lower,but those of subjective support and support utility were higher. The score on acceptance-resignation was higher than the norm referred. In HD patients,the correlations were positive between social support and active copy style（P 0.01） ,but correlations were negative between social support and negative（P 0.01） . Conclusions There is a close relation between the social supports and coping style. Good social support can improve their medical coping mode. In the nursing care of HD patients,nurses should arouse all the social supports sources of patients,help them to take active coping style,and enhance the compliance of patients in their treatment and nursing care in order to improve their quality of life.
