两种喂养方式在极低体重早产儿中的应用

目的通过对极低体重早产儿（very low birth weight infant,VLBWI）实施两种不同喂养方法的效果比较,探讨适合VLBWI生长发育及疾病康复的喂养方式。方法将70例VLBWI随机分为经口胃管喂养组和经口十二指肠喂养组,每组各35例,均用同一种配方奶喂养,均从部分外周静脉营养逐渐过渡到完全肠道内营养。分别记录其在住院期间喂养并发症的发生、体重增长量及住院天数。结果两组VLBWI喂养并发症的发生、体重增长量及住院天数比较,差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论 VLBWI出生后早期采取经口十二指肠喂养法优于经口胃管喂养法,其喂养相关并发症少,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To compare the effects of two different methods of feeding in very low birth weight infants（VLBWIs） ,to explore the suitable way for VLBWIs growth and recovery. Methods 70 VLBWIs were randomly divided into mouth-gastric feeding group（n = 35） and mouth-duodenal feeding group（n = 35） and fed with the same formula,all VLBWIs were also given part of intravenous nutrition,then gradually converted to complete bowel nutrition,the feeding-related complications,the body weight increments and the hospital days were recorded and compared. Result There were significant differences in the feeding-related complications,the body weight increments and the hospital days（P 0.05） between the two groups. Conclusions In the early of VLBWIs,mouth-duodenal feeding is preferable to mouthgastric feeding,mouth-duodenal feeding associated complications is little. It is worth promoting to application .
