摘要 目的探讨人性假设理论在护理管理中的应用方法和效果。方法根据人性假设理论,将护理人员归纳为4种假设人:"经济人"、"社会人"、"自我实现人"和"复杂人"。根据不同的人性实施满足护理人员自我实现需求的管理措施。结果经过近3年的实践,病人满意度从88.2%提高到98.6%;护理投诉从3.8%降为0;护患纠纷从4.5%降为0;无发生1起护理差错。结论正确认识和把握人性,对护理人员进行科学的定位和使用,并实施满足护理人员经济的、社会的和自我实现需求的管理措施,可提高护理人员工作的积极性、主动性和创造性,对护理工作产生强烈的归属感,进而提高护理工作质量。 Objective To investigate the the application and effect of human nature assumption theory in nursing human resources management. Method According to the human nature assumption theory,the nurses were divided into four kinds: economy-oriented man,society-oriented man,self-realization man and complicated man,based on which the management measures were enforced to meet nurses′ needs for self-realization. Results After three years of practice,patients′ satisfaction rate was increased from 88.2% to 98.6%,nursing complaint rate was decreased from 3.8% to 0,nursing disputes went down from 4.5% to 0. No nursing errors happened. Conclusions The management measures for correctly understanding and grasping human nature,scientifically positioning and using nurses to meet nurses′ demands for economic,social self-realization improve their enthusiasm,initiative and creativity. In this way they can reinforce a strong sense of belonging and thus improve the quality of nursing work.
