可吸收螺钉治疗前后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折

摘要 目的总结应用可吸收螺钉治疗膝关节交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的效果。方法对应用可吸收螺钉治疗交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的35例患者资料进行回顾性分析。其中前交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折19例,后交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折16例,合并侧副韧带损伤者4例。结果随访7~18个月,平均13个月,全部患者均获骨性愈合。治疗效果以随访患者伤肢局部功能情况和影像学检查结果综合评价标准,优:30例,良:5例,无差者。所有骨折在愈合过程中无移位现象发生,功能均不少于正常肢体的90%,全部患者术后伤口无感染,亦无非特异性炎症反应发生。结论可吸收螺钉是治疗膝关节交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折安全有效的方法,可使患者免除二次手术,但应严格掌握手术适应证。 【Objective】Investigating the effectiveness of ACLPCL tibial avulsion fracture of knee joint treatment using absorbable screw.【Methods】Analysis the 35 cases of ACLPCL tibial avulsion fracture treated using absorbable screw,19 ACL and 16 PCL including 4 complex collateral ligament injuries.【Results】All patients were followed up for 7-16 months with an average of 13 months.all cases obtained bone union.The effectiveness was evaluated according to the function recovery of the limbs and medical imaging result.30 cases were excellent,and 5 cases were good.No displacement was found during healing process,and 90% of the normal functions could be recovered.No incision infection and nonspecific inflammation happened.【Conclusions】Absorbable screw is an effective and safe method to treat ACLPCL tibial avulsion fracture of knee joint.A second operation can be avoided,but the operation indication should be strictly controlled.
