摘要
使用氢氧化钠和碳酸钠混合碱调节氰原矿浆pH值,根据调节矿浆pH值的机理计算出了各自混合碱的耗量,使用混合碱比例为氢氧化钠:碳酸钠=2:1时,可以使金银浸出率提高至少一个百分点。同时根据实验结果,与单独使用纯碱或烧碱调节氰原pH值相比,纯碱单耗降低了90%,烧碱单耗降低了15%,大幅度节省了氰化浸金过程中的辅助材料成本费用。
