The article starts with urgent situation on IPv4 address shortage and point out how important and urgent for the country to initiates commercial transition towards to IPv6 in all relevant domains.Then the article presents fundamental transition tactics,global development strategy,service and application cutting points,network evolution strategy,major challenges when moving towards to IPv6.Finally the article presents some strategic thinking on the development of the next generation Internet.
