睾丸扭转60例诊治分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的 探讨睾丸扭转的诊断、治疗及预后.方法 回顾性分析2000年3月至2009年10月收治的60例睾丸扭转患者的诊断和治疗情况,并结合文献进行分析.结果 60例睾丸扭转患者中58例以突发一侧睾丸剧痛为首发症状,54例行彩色多普勒超声检查明确诊断.15例发病6 h之内手术者中12例睾丸复位后存活;31例发病超过24 h手术者中6例睾丸复位后存活.结论 睾丸扭转是泌尿外科急症,彩色多普勒超声是首选检查方法,必须及早诊断、及早探查,尽可能挽救睾丸功能.
