膀胱过度活动症的药物治疗研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 膀胱过度活动症（overactive bladder）是一种常见的慢性下尿路功能障碍，国际抗尿失禁学会（ICS）为其所下的定义是一种以尿急、尿频和急迫性尿失禁为特征的综合征。尿动力学改变为膀胱的无抑制收缩。膀胱过度活动症是老年尿失禁最常见的原因，随着人口老龄化，这种情况日益严重，它的发病机制尚不清楚，治疗困难。
