现代医学模式实施难的原因有很多,但最直接的原因是医务工作者主观上落实该模式的理论与能力缺乏应有的准备;最深层的原因则是其客观上实施该模式的卫生资源与市场需求不足。所以,解决问题的对策在于主观上必须锻铸落实该模式应有的理论与能力;客观上一定要努力挖掘和有效利用实施该模式的卫生资源与市场需求。

The implementation of the modern medical model is difficult for many reasons, but on the theory and implementation capacity of the model the medical workers subjectively lack of preparation, which is the most direct reason; the most profound reason is that it lacks of market demand and health resources to implement the model objectively. Therefore, solutions to this problem lies in that the medical staffs must be malleable to implement the model theory and ability subjectively, and objectively, we must strive to tap and effectively use of the model of health resources and market demand.
