全喉切除患者生存质量与家庭关怀度的相关性研究

Correlation study between the quality to exist and family concern degree in laryngcts

目的 了解全喉切除患者生存质量和患者家庭功能状况,并检测两者的相关性.方法 对80例全喉切除患者用喉切除生存质量调查表进行生存质量评估,用家庭关怀度量表作家庭功能的评估,并分析两者的相关性.结果 全喉切除患者的总体健康状况与生存质量为（70.5±18）分,处于中等水平 家庭关怀度（4.92±2.14）分,家庭功能处于中度障碍 全喉切除患者的生存质量与家庭功能呈正相关（r=0.377,P=0.001）.结论 重视全喉切除患者的心理状态和家庭功能,纠正患者不良心理时让家庭成员积极参与,提高家庭成员有关全喉切除术后患者的护理知识,以进一步改善全喉切除患者的生存质量.

Objective To observe the correlation between the quality to exist and family concern degree in laryngcts. Methods Survival quality questionaire was adopted to detect the quality to exist, family concern magnanimity scales was adopted to detect the family concern degree. Results The patients＇ health status and survival quality was in the secondary levels overall （70. 5 ± 18 ）, as the same as family concern degree （4. 92 ± 2. 14） . There was high positive correlation between the quality to exist and the family concern degree （r =0. 377, P = 0. 001 ） . Conclusions To think highly of the mental status and family concern in these patients, improve families＇ nursing knowledge and correct these patients＇dys -mental status, which is in order to improve the survival quality of them.
