安全文化在传染科护理管理中的应用

The application of safety culture in nursing management of infection disease ward

目的 有效回避传染科护理风险、降低护理缺陷、确保护患安全.方法 将安全文化引入到传染科护理管理中,构建安全文化氛围 规范医院环境设施 加强院内感染的防控,注重过程监测 重视高危人群和重点环节,坚持预防为主 落实标准预防,降低职业暴露风险 倡导人文关怀,构建协作团体 规范处理医疗用品及废物.结果 提高了护士安全服务、识别护理风险和自我防范的意识及能力,护理缺陷发生率从2005年的0.62%降到2008年的0.15%,无重大差错事故发生,病人满意度达95%以上.结论 通过构建安全文化,提高传染科护理质量,提高了护理人员依法执业的依从性,提升了医院的服务质量.

Objective To avoid the risk of nursing, decrease the deficit of nursing, and make the nurses and patients safe. Methods Firstly, the safety consciousness was introduced into nursing progression and the atmosphere fired with safety consciousness was formed. Secondly, the standard of environment facilities were set up, and nosocomial infection was controlled. Thirdly, the risk of occupational exposure was decreased by enhancing measures for prevention and practicing standard. Finally, medical wastes were treated according to the national legislation. Results The incidence of shortage during nursing was reduced to 0. 15% in 2008 from 0.62% in 2005 by all improvement above. No more serious mistake was occurred, and the satisfaction degree of patients was exceeded 95%. Conclusions The quality of nurse in infectious disease department, and compliance of nurse staff abiding by legislation is raised, which improve the service quality of our hospital.
