摘要
提出了一种新的层次分析中判断矩阵的构造方法．与传统方法相比，具有结构合理，表达明确，所得权重值客观、可靠等特点．
A new method to structure the judgement matrix in hierarchy analysis is presented . Comparing with the traditional method , it has more suitable structure , clear expression and objective and reliable weighed value .
