摘要
从原理、方法、设备、应用及表征等5个方面概述无机填料的低温等离子体改性技术的研究进展,特别是对近年来国内外文献报道的应用低温等离体技术处理的填料品种、处理效果及其应用做了比较全面的总结。分析低温等离子体改性技术的优缺点并预测其发展方向。
Recent progresses on fillers surface modification with low temperature plasma technique, including principle, method,equipment, application and characterization, are reviewed. In particularly, a total summary about the filler types, modification effect and their applications with this technique, which are recently reported in domestic and international literatures,is made. The advantage and shortcoming of low-temperature plasma surface modification are discussed, and a prediction of future developing direction is proposed.
