改性聚酰胺-胺破乳剂的合成及破乳性能的研究 被引量:10

The Synthesis of M-Polyamidoamine Demulsifier and Its Demulsification for the O/W Simulated Oil-Polluted Water

摘要 以乙二胺和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,合成0.5-3.0代(G)聚酰胺-胺树枝状大分子中间体,并对端基进行季铵化改性。考察不同条件下改性聚酰胺-胺破乳剂对O/W型模拟含油污水的破乳除油性能。结果表明,随着支代化、破乳时间、破乳浓度增加破乳剂的破乳性能随之提高。在40℃、90 min、添加量为120 mg/L时,3.0G M-PAMAM破乳除油率超过85%。 0.5~3.0 G(generation) polyamidoamine were synthesized by ethylenediamine and acrylate.The integrated generation PAMAM dendrimers were modified to novel PAMAM modified cationic dendrimer(M-PAMAM)using tertiary amines and epichlorohydrin.The demulsification performance for the simulated Oil-Polluted Water of the integrated generation M-PAMAM was studied.The result shows: the demulsification performance improves with increase of its generation,time and concentration.At 40 ℃with additive concentration of 120 mg/ L,90 min the dehydration rate of 3.0 G PAMAM modified cationic dendrimer for simulated Oil-Polluted water beyond 85%.
