日本殖民者占领大连后,满铁充当了日本对中国东北进行殖民统治和经济掠夺的急先锋。满铁出于掠夺中国资源、倾销商品和获取暴利的目的和需要,在大连实施扩建港口和开放的自由港制度,两项措施同步进行,使大连城市发展迅速。大连港发展的过程,也就是中国遭受奴役、屈辱和被掠夺的过程。大连成为帝国主义侵略中国的桥头堡和特殊的殖民地。

After the Japanese colonial occupating of Dalian, ManTle as the Japanese colonial rule in northeast of China was the pioneer and economic plunder. In the need of plundering Chinese resources, dumping merchandises, ManTie decided to expand Dalian Port and implement the open and free port system. Then, Dalian developed rapidly. Dalian development process, is also the process of China suffering humiliation and raped slavery.
