两组老年人群血压与寿命关系16年纵向观察

A Sixteen-year Longitudinal Survey on the Relationship between Blood Pressure and Life-span in Two Aged Groups.

对长沙市区100例90岁以上长寿老人,及长沙市社会福利院150例60岁以上老人,在调查体检基础上,采用每年复查一次血压等方式,进行了16年纵向观察.结果发现,不同血压者死亡平均终年相近;福利院者人中活过80岁者,高血压者占45.2%.正常血压者只占37.9%;100例长寿老人11例活过百岁,其中9例有高血压史.

To study the relationship between different types of blood pressure and survival, a sixteen-year longitudinal survey was performed in 100 longevous people in Changsha city and 150 aged in Changsha Social Welfare Institution. The blood pressure was measured once a year for 16 years on the basis of physical examination. The results showed that there was no obvious difference in mean age of death among the various blood pressure types. The hypertensive aged with the years of death over 80 accounted for 45. 2% and the aged with normal blood pressure level for 37. 9% in social welfare institution. In the 100 longevous people,of the 11 cases of the life-span over 100 years,9 cases had the history of hypertension.
