摘要
根据广西1990～1992年随机抽查10市县死因调查资料,分析了广西老年高血压病及其并发症的死亡率和死因构成.发现高血压脑病死亡率(529.86/10万)和死因构成(12.75%)居首位,其次为脑出血(分别为99.25/10万、2.30%),直接死于高血压病(25.14/10万、0.61%)仅占高血压病及其并发症人数的3.69%.表明高血压病是广西老年病中的重点疾病.
In order to approach the measures of prevention and control of geriatric disease,the analysis of mortality and cause-death structure of hypertension in Guangxi elderly was performed. In accordance with the investigative data of the mortality and cause-death structure in a population of 10 cities and counties in Guangxi from 1990 to 1992, the mortality and cause-death structure of hypertension and its complications were analyzed. The mortality and cause-death structure from hypertensive encephalopathy was at the first rank(529. 86/0. 1 million and 12. 75% ,respectively)in Guangxi elderly from 1990 to 1992,followed by intrac-erebral hemorrhage(99. 25/0. 1 million,2. 39% respectively). The death due to hypertension only accounted for 3. 69% of total death of hypertension and its complications. It was suggested that hypertension was the principal cause of mortality in Guangxi elderly.
