摘要 针对现有放入压电式电子测压器所遇到的问题设计了一种基于电阻应变式的火炮膛压测试仪,介绍应变式测试仪的系统工作原理,设计出信号转换电路。该测试仪体积小、电池供电、功耗低、能承受0~600MPa的压力,无需外部引线,适合火炮膛压测试,为解决现有测压器价格昂贵,体积偏大的问题提供了可行的方案。 Aiming at the problems in the exiting internal electronic piezo gauge, design of chamber pressure of artillery measuring instrument based on resistance strain gauge is given in this paper. The working principle of measuring instrument is introduced, the signal conversion circuits are designed. The instrument has characteristics of small volume, battery power, low power consumption, bearing pressure between 0 to 600 MPa, no external lead, and is well suitable for measuring chamber pressure. The instrument offers feasible solutions for the deficiency of high price and large volume in the exiting piezo gauge.
