摘要
高标清视频图像在上下变换过程中会不可避免地引起图像质量的下降,对于这种图像损伤,提出通过计算信息熵和边缘能量这两个参数来实现对这类损伤的客观评价。试验表明这两个参数均适用于测量图像损伤。与信息熵相比,边缘能量更适合于评价图像在上下变换过程中的损伤情况。
The impairment of HD/SD video image is inevitably brought by the up-down conversion.For this impairment,two objective indexes such as information entropy and edge energy are introduced in this paper.The experimental results show that both of them are applicable to assess this impairment,and the edge energy index is better than the information entropy index for assessing the impairment during the up-down conversion processing.
