In this paper,the TD-CMMB mobile TV certification authority system that cooperating between China Mobile and China Radio and Television is described.The certification authority system encrypts the stream of the contents,certificates the user,authenticates the user and ensure the safety of the mobile TV system and the user.Through the introduction of this article,the reader can have a clear understanding of the TD-CMMB mobile TV certification authority system.
