Heterogeneous Radio Networks Resource Management Algorithm Based on Price Regulating and Fuzzy Logic

摘要 结合模糊逻辑控制和多因素优化,提出了一种基于价位和模糊逻辑的异构网络资源管理算法。该算法将网络定价作为移动用户接入的参数,利用市场经济的价格杠杆原理对资源进行管理和控制。仿真结果显示本方法能够有效地均衡网络间负载,降低网络拥塞概率,提高网络资源的收入。 In this paper,fuzzy logic control and price regulating method in radio resource control and management for heterogeneous networks are all combined,where network price is used for leveraging mobile user access.Simulation results show that the proposed method can balance the traffic load in heterogeneous radio networks effectively,reduce the network block probability,as well as increase the networks income.
