摘要
8米×6米低速风洞特大攻角试验设备,是"十一五"期间新研制的一套飞机模型风洞试验支撑装置,目的是实现飞机模型在特大攻角状态下的风洞试验。该设备的液压系统可实现试验模型各种高难状态的自动驱动与控制,液压系统主要由液压泵站(油源)、七个(四组)伺服液压缸及其控制元件等组成。该系统于2006年投入使用,在2007年初的一次试验中,模型上行出现了失控故障,致使模型撞到风洞上洞壁,直接导致模型和试验天平损坏。本文简要地介绍了该系统的原理、故障现象、故障排除以及系统改进。
The super high angle of attack test equipment in 8m×6m low speed wind tunnel was a new system supporting the aircraft model in wind tunnel test,which was developed during the eleventh five-year plan.The device's hydraulic system which consisted of hydraulic pump station(oil source),seven(four) servo cylinders,control components and other components could drive and control test model automatically1.The system was put into use in 2006 and applied in early 2007.It emerged out of control in the uplink to hit wall of wind tunnel,leading the model and test scale to be absolutely damaged.This article briefly introduced the principle of the system,failure phenomena,troubleshooting,and system improvements.
