摘要
针对传统自动钻铆托架结构笨重、自重变形大的问题,采用iSIGHT平台集成ABAQUS有限元分析软件对自动钻铆托架围框横梁截面参数进行优化设计,最终减轻了托架结构重量,减小了结构变形。
To reduce the weight and deformation of the automatic drilling-riveting bracket,the optimal design of the parameters of the cross-section of the beam of the enclosure of automatic drilling-riveting bracket is carried out with the aid of iSIGHT integrated with the finite element software ABAQUS.As a result,both the weight and deformation are reduced.
