摘要
研究了溶胶凝胶法制备磷酸亚铁锂,探讨了不同锂源、不同胶溶剂、烧结时间及金属离子的掺杂改性对合成材料的充放电性能影响。利用XRD分析产物的晶型结构为橄榄石型磷酸亚铁锂,SEM观察材料的形貌及粒径发现,掺杂金属离子能有效控制颗粒长大。采用循环伏安和电化学阻抗简单分析材料的电化学性能,得知以氢氧化锂为锂源,蒸馏水为溶剂,烧结18 h合成的样品可逆性好,电阻小,极化小,电极反应速度大,容量高。
The preparation of lithium iron phosphate by sol-gel technique was studied in this paper.The effects of different lithium sources,solvent,sintering time and metal ion doped synthetic material on the charge-discharge performance were discussed.The XRD analysis shows that the product is the olivine-type lithium iron phosphate.The SEM test results show that the metal ions doping can effectively control the growth of the particles.The electrochemical properties of the materials were analyzed by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results show that lithium hydroxide is the lithium source and distilled water is the solvent.The sample sintered for 18 h has the characteristics of good reversibility,small resistance and polarization,high speed of electrode reaction,and high capacity.
