摘要
锂/亚硫酰氯电池放电时发热问题不仅影响锂/亚硫酰氯电池的性能和使用寿命,也存在严重的安全隐患[1]。利用FLUENT 6.2软件对ER48660型锂/亚硫酰氯电池工作时内部温度随时间的变化关系和温度分布情况进行计算机仿真分析,并讨论了不同放电电流和表面传热系数对ER48660型锂/亚硫酰氯电池内部温度随时间的变化关系和温度分布情况的影响。结果表明,不同放电电流和表面传热系数对电池内部温度随时间的变化关系和温度场分布具有明显影响。
The exothermic problem of lithium/thionyl chloride(Li/SOCl2) battery not only influences the performance of Li/SOCl2 battery,but also causes the safety problems.The temperature lines with time and the temperature field of ER48660 Li/SOCl2 battery were simulated and analyzed by FLUENT 6.2 software by computer,and the factors affecting the temperature lines with time and the temperature field were discussed which included the discharge rate and the convective heat transfer coefficient.The results indicate that they can affect the temperature field of ER48660 Li/SOCl2 battery obviously.
