摘要 在小功率电源的设计中,反激变压器的设计是极为关键的,尤其是当工作频率提高后,需要对该变压器进行优化设计,而使功率损耗最小,提高整个电源的效率。利用Ansoft公司的有限元仿真软件对反激变压器进行优化设计,得出该变压器的模型示意图。最后,利用有限元仿真软件,研究了气隙在磁芯中心柱位置时对绕组损耗的影响,并给出了瞬态磁场仿真的结果图。 The design of flyback transformer is almost the most important issue in the design of low-power mode power supply.Especially when the operating frequency increases,optimizing the design of the transformer is necessary.With its help,the power loss can be minimized and the performance of the entire power supply can be enhanced.In this paper,the design of the flyback transformer was optimized by Ansoft's finite element simulation software,and the model diagram of the transformer was obtained.Finally,the effects of the air-gap position in the core center leg on the winding loss were investigated via finite element simulation software,and the figures of transient magnetic field simulation were given out.
