Extracting Efficiency of the Osthol from Cnidium Monnieri (L.) Cusson by Several Solvents

用毛细管气相色谱测定蛇床子中蛇床子素含量的方法，测定了蒸馏水、95％乙醇、无水乙醇、丙酮、氯仿等溶剂对蛇床子中蛇床子素的提取效率。结果表明：氯仿、丙酮提取率较高；在相同温度下，无水乙醇、95％乙醇的提取率依次减弱，蒸馏水的提取率最低。

Capillary gas chromatography was used to determine extracting rates of osthol from Cnidium Monnieri (L. ) Cusson by several solvents. The result showed that the extracting efficiency were higher by chloroform and aceton, were weaker in order by anhydrous alcohol and 95 % alcohol and was the lowest by distilled water at the same temperature.
